A while back I made a list of cooking goals to help me get going. It’s list time again!
- Blueberry coconut milk ice cream
- Aloo Tikki take 2 (baked this time)
- Chia-crusted tofu
- Roasted potatoes with veggies & chicken sausage
- Been & green bean salad
Our CSA boxes were pretty small for a few weeks due all the late rains in California. Now things are starting to pick back up. Not only am I harvesting delicious lettuce from my garden, but bigger heads are being packed in the CSA boxes. I’ve been making huge salads, being careful to switch up the ingredients and flavors so I don’t get bored. It’s amazing what a diced bell pepper, chopped green onions, or minced parsley can do for your every day salad!
